Directions:
Pre-lighten hair to the required level before applying toner.
Mix 1 part WELLA colorcharm Permanent Crème Toner with 2 parts 10 volume WELLA colorcharm cream developer.
Apply to towel dried hair and develop for 10-20 minutes, checking frequently for desired result.
To be used with ONLY 10 volume developer, using 20 volume may cause uneven results and scalp sensitivity.
