We want you to love your purchase. If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we are happy to arrange an exchange within 7 business days from the date your order is delivered.
Here’s how it works:
- Please return the item to us so our team can carry out a quick quality check to help prevent such issues in the future.
- Returned items should be in their original, unused condition, with the outer packaging intact.
- Until the parcel reaches us, it will remain your responsibility—so we recommend packing it securely to keep it safe during transit.
Exclusions – Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns in the following situations:
- The wrong item was purchased by mistake
- You’ve had a change of mind
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The product has been opened or the seal is broken
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. hair brushes, cosmetics, hair and beauty tools, body jewellery, manicure/pedicure tools, etc.)
How to Start a Return
- Drop us an email at hello@wunderkult.com with your order number and clear photos of the item you received – please do this before sending anything back.
- If your item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs so you won’t have to worry about extra fees.
