L’Oreal Creme Oil Lightener lightens hair color by removing natural or artificial pigment from the hair for full-head blonding. This on-the-scalp lightener adheres evenly to eliminate overlapping during application. Built-in drabber helps eliminate red, gold, and brassy tones. It remains moist during processing and rinses easily and quickly. Leaves hair shiny and healthy-looking with superb texture.

What’s the Wunder:

Volume: 1 Creme Oil Lightener 2 oz. and three lightening Activators 0.4 oz.
Directions:
Do not shampoo 24 hours prior to applications.
Pour 4fl oz of 20 volume Oreor Creme Developer* into applicator bottle.
Before opening Super Blue Activator packet, shake powder to bottom packet before opening.
Add Super Blue Activator packet:
– For most bleaching, 2 packets of Super Blue Activator packet will achieve excellent results.
– When hair is naturally light, 1 packet may be used.
– For hair that is exceptionally resistant dark or long, 3 packets may be used.
Pour contents into applicator and shake thoroughly.
Add Super Blue Creme Oil lightener and shake well for 15-20 seconds until mixed thoroughly.
Do not use heat at any time during application.
